Attach the unit securely to water tap outlets (25 PSI minimum, 85 PSI maximum; max water temperature: 120°F).
Direct discharge away from yourself and others or into approved containers.
Installation Instructions
Wall Mounting: Find a suitable location near a water source. Use the wall bracket provided to mark and drill holes. Secure the bracket using the screws and anchors.
Attach Cabinet: Place the cabinet onto the bracket, aligning tabs and slots. Secure the bottom of the cabinet with screws.
Connect Supply Tubing: Cut and attach supply tubing to the hose barb on the selector valve. Ensure tubing reaches the bottom of the chemical container.
Install Discharge Tubes: Attach the appropriate discharge tube for the eductor—short for 1GPM and longer for 3.5GPM.
Water Connection: Connect a water supply hose (minimum 3/8” ID) to the inlet swivel. Ensure proper water pressure for operation.
Operation Instructions
Purge System: Turn on the water supply and press buttons briefly to purge air.
Dispense Product: Depress the button to dispense. For continuous flow, use the button lock.
Adjust Dilution: Use the metering tips to achieve the desired water-to-product ratio.
Maintenance Guidelines
Cleaning: Regularly clean components to prevent buildup.
Eductor Maintenance: Soak in a descaling solution if scale forms. Flush thoroughly after cleaning.
Check Valves: Ensure proper orientation (arrow pointing towards the eductor).
Inspect Tubing: Replace any brittle or damaged tubing.
